The meeting room prices are indicative and include: room furnishing and rent, flip chart, overhead projector, LCD video-projector for PC, DVD and DVX reader, wire microphone and amplifier (where needed), radio microphone, technical assistance and equipment testing at the event start-up, stationery.

Single fees for the catering services include: the room rent, the equipment, 1 business lunch (three courses) or a Quick Lunch (main course and dessert) with drinks and coffee included; 1 coffee-break is included in the half-day meeting; 2 coffee-breaks are included in the full-day meeting.
The given prices are net per day, VAT not included. The payment shall be done directly at the Hotel, unless special conditions have been agreed. The given prices can be applied for a minimum number of 12 people.
