1. DECORATION IN THE KITCHEN - 4 HRS (1 day)
Creative plate decoration techniques. How to make a simple plate turn into something that is both intriguing and elegant which will pleasantly surprise your guests.
110.00 euros - or 95 euros for hotel guests.
Minimum 2 people. For groups of 4 or more: 25% discount.


2. SPECIAL MEALS - 8 HRS (2 days)
Two afternoons in which one will discover how to make delicious yet simple recipes with the help of our Head Chef.
Each course will also include a theory element (explanation of the dishes, their cooking times and ingredients) as well as a tasting session of the meals prepared that day.
150.00 euros - or 110 euros for hotel guests.
Minimum 2 people. For groups of 4 or more: 25% discont.


3. HAPPY HOUR - FINGER FOOD - 4 HRS (1 day)
Increasingly popular throughout the main towns and cities of Italy and Europe finger food has come to represent a pleasant alternative to dinner. This creative course will allow you to keep up with this current food trend as well as surprise and delight your guests.
110.00 euros - 95.00 euros for hotel guests.
Minimum 2 people. For groups of 4 or more: 25% discount.

You will be advised as to whether the course will take place in the morning or afternoon at booking.

PROFESSIONAL COOKING COURSE




CHEF COURSE - 16 HRS (4 days)
This course allows the public the opportunity to learn and gain a professional approach and insight from our Head Chef; the course has a total length of 16hrs, spread over 4 days.
Each course will include both a theory element (6 hrs) and a practical element (10 hrs) as well as a tasting session of the dishes prepared that day.

Kitchen organisation
New technology
Kitchen techniques
The proper cleaning and slicing of each type of food, preparation of starters, meat/fish pasta dishes, meat/fish main courses and side dishes.
Savoury and sweet pastries. Bread-making and bread-leavening techniques.
400.00 euros - 320.00 euros for hotel guests.
Minimum 2 people. For groups of 4 or more: 25% discount.

Included in the cost of the course is a recipe book of Tuscan cooking as well as a professional jacket/uniform.
